Tricycle Day

After helping nearly 500 people safely taper off SSRIs and other pharmaceuticals, we’re revealing how to reconnect to a happier, healthier you without the meds in 6-8 weeks

Peace of Mind is a cohort-based transformation program for anyone ready to take control of their mental health naturally. Only 33 spots are available. 🫠

Henry here, founder of Tricycle Day. 🫠If you’re one of the 21 million Americans who’ve been diagnosed with depression, here’s a dark secret your psychiatrist probably never told you:SSRIs—you know, the prescription drugs handed out like candy by mental health professionals nationwide? Even though they’re considered the “standard of care,” they only work for about 30% of people.Yup, the majority of people who get on antidepressants will never get lasting relief from their medication. But wait—it gets worse. These drugs also come with a whole host of undesirable side effects. Think headaches and fatigue, problems with libido and sex, and a general numbness toward life.Yikes. Maybe some of these sound familiar? Now, don’t get me wrong. If you’re one of the select few who respond to SSRIs and can tolerate them, that’s something to celebrate! There’s no shame in finding a solution that works with you and sticking with it.But unfortunately, most people aren’t so lucky. And if that’s you, there’s a predictable response you can expect from the Western healthcare system. They’ll keep increasing your dose until you feel like a shell of yourself at best—a zombie at worst—with no plan whatsoever around ever weaning you off.I’m focusing on SSRIs right now because they’re so aggressively overprescribed. But many of the same concerns can be raised about other psychotropic meds, like anti-anxiety pills (benzodiazepines), mood stabilizers, and other classes of antidepressants. But what if I told you there was a way out? An alternative that can actually make you feel like yourself again?Hear me out… It’s no secret that, at Tricycle Day, we’re fans of psychedelics. We think it’s absurd, unethical, and downright criminal that there are so many barriers to accessing them today—especially when you consider all the new research coming out daily to support their therapeutic use.But I digress. One of the reasons psychedelics work, when traditional mental health drugs fail, is that they actually allow you to feel more, not less. That might sound scary to someone whose emotions have felt like a source of misery and pain in the past. But take it from someone who’s learned the hard way: suppressing your emotions and feelings is never a long-term solution. When you only manage symptoms (i.e., numb out with SSRIs), you never address the root cause. And when you don’t address the root cause, the problem festers. It becomes more entrenched and keeps leaking into more aspects of your life and relationships.Ultimately, you’re never able to move forward beyond the underlying trauma. You never get to experience the true relief that comes from letting go.With all that said, if you’ve been looking for a silver bullet to ‘fix’ you or solve all your problems, I have bad news:Psychedelics aren’t a panacea. In fact, there’s no such thing. They're just tools that can help you heal yourself. You are the medicine.Let's be clear. You don't need psychedelics to rewire your brain. You can rewrite the repetitive, intrusive thought patterns that are keeping you stuck in place.Doing the work isn’t always easy. But it’s the only viable path to real, durable healing. That said, it's certainly a lot easier (and safer) with the support of a licensed clinician and a group of like-minded peers on a similar journey of their own.So, that’s why my team and I created this program.Peace of Mind is the product of 15 years of clinical practice, 6 years of psychedelic facilitation, and hundreds of successful cases helping human beings safely get off their meds and find healing within themselves. There’s nothing else out there like this. It’s the most comprehensive group container for people tapering off antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds. It’s the only program that:
✔ Walks you through a proven, step-by-step process to get off Rx drugs, with all the surrounding support and resources you need
✔ Gives you direct 1:1 access to a clinician who specializes in this exact transition
✔ Welcomes you into a supportive community of humans committed to healing
If you want to get off your pharmaceuticals…If you want to take back control of your mental health naturally…If you want to become a happier, healthier, and more balanced version of yourself…Peace of Mind is for you.To your healing,— Henry Winslow, founder at Tricycle Day 🫠PS: Everything you need to know about Peace of Mind is explained on this page. Read the sections below to learn how this program will help you get off your meds for good.

What is Peace of Mind?

Peace of Mind is a cohort-based transformation program that will empower a group of 33 participants to taper off pharmaceutical medications, such as SSRIs, SNRIs, and benzodiazepines, with medical supervision, supplementation, and peer support.Unlike other courses, you won’t just learn passively or be expected to go through this transition alone. Instead, you’ll meet one-on-one with a licensed clinician to co-create a personalized supplementation plan and tapering schedule, tailored to your unique mind, body, and medical history.Everyone’s intentions are different. Whether you’re determined to get off your medication completely or you just want to dial down your dosage, we’ll meet you where you are. This isn’t a race; everyone’s on their own journey. No matter what, Nurse Practitioner Jen, your lead instructor, will be there to guide you and ensure your transition is not only safe, but as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Meet Jen

Jennifer Zuckerman, RN, MSN, NP-BC ANCC

After nearly a decade working in the traditional Western medical practice setting, Jen finally got fed up.She’d gotten into medicine to help people. Churning through as many appointments as possible on any given workday certainly wasn’t the life or career she’d signed up for.The lack of time to truly address her patients’ needs was one big source of frustration. Another was the system’s overreliance on pharmaceuticals. So, she decided to do something about it.Determined to get to the root of her patients' concerns, Jen started exploring the transformative potential of psychedelics for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Of course, she also developed an intimate relationship with the medicines herself.Six years ago, she stepped off the comfortable path to start her own practice—one that’s consciously grounded in a holistic, integrative approach to well-being. Since then, she’s helped nearly 500 people safely get off unwanted medications. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Jen's zone of genius is bringing human bodies and minds back into balance. She’s also a passionate advocate for the responsible use of psychedelics in a medically supervised context. And most of all, she’s dedicated to providing compassionate care, always seeing the best versions of her patients, and helping them to hold the same vision for themselves.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Peace of Mind cost?
Our goal is to keep healing and transformation accessible, while still charging enough to support ourselves and keep you accountable. The full price of the program is $1,497.
Are microdose capsules included?
No. Tricycle Day does not promote or sell controlled substances.
Who is Peace of Mind for?
This program is designed for anyone on long-term pharmaceutical psychiatric meds (SSRIs, SNRIs, benzodiazepines, mood stabilizers, or others) who’s frustrated with their current treatment and wants a more natural, balanced, and sustainable solution to managing their mental health. It’s NOT for anyone going through an active mental health crisis.
How long do I have access to the program materials?
You'll have access to all the session recordings and notes for the duration of the program. Personalized instructions you receive from Jen are yours to keep for life. And of course, you can stay in contact with your cohort as long as you like.
Is this safe?
Your safety is our top priority. That’s why this program is led by a licensed nurse practitioner with 15 years of clinical experience. It’s also one of the reasons enrollment is so limited. We will review each application to Peace of Mind and ensure every participant is prepared for a safe transition.
Couldn’t I just do this myself?
You could. But in our opinion, your mental health is not something to gamble with. Let’s say you try to taper off your meds on your own. The worst-case scenario would be that you end up in worse shape than you started—destabilized, experiencing withdrawal symptoms, and with no professional or peer support to move through the challenges. To avoid those risks, we’d say the $1,497 is well worth the investment.
Can this actually work for me?
You might be thinking, “Sure, this works for other people. But my situation is unique.” While it’s true that every human is different, Jen has worked with hundreds of patients over the years. Outside of some rare exceptions, Peace of Mind can help anyone—no matter your background, experience, or circumstances. And if it can’t, we’ll know from your application and tell you why.
What if I’m not tech savvy?
You’re not alone. We’ve had patients of every age, background, and experience level with technology. Besides, apart from setting up Zoom and Signal, there’s very little you’ll need to do on the computer or phone. Most of the work happens in the privacy of your mind and heart!
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
Don’t worry. We’ll record each session and make them available, along with transcripts, notes, and resources or references discussed on the calls.
What if I have more questions?
Email me at [email protected]. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Results from real patients

I was blessed to meet Jenifer almost 2 years ago. I had just been introduced to the world of healing, and was looking to continue the work that I started. I immediately felt at ease with Jennifers warm, kind, and clearly very educated approach. Her warm smile, genuine compassion and thorough education was a breath of fresh air having come from a world of “western medicine.” Jennifer was able to help me map out a detailed plan of approach to continue my healing and has been a steady and loyal partner all along. I would definitely recommend working with Jenifer and finding the freedom that is you. Thank you Jen!🫠 I.H.

I am so grateful to be on this journey of self-love. It is refreshing to be fully present around family and friends. Keep the healing vibes coming! Thank you team for this opportunity to grow spiritually.🫠 Megan E.

Jennifer’s guidance before my journey helped with setting my intentions; and a strong sense of our shared understanding created the atmosphere that was optimal for my experience. With Jen’s input I was able to discontinue Wellbutrin while supplementing micro dosing for the transition. On the day of my journey, she created an amazing setting with music, aroma, and presence. The experience was joyful and opening and I found the answers to the question that I had been seeking. Her attention to my needs was thoughtful and the time we spent together as the medicine was wearing off was beautiful. Jennifer has a natural talent for nurturing and curates a wonderful experience from conception to integration. I am very grateful for the experience and the chance to work with Jennifer.🫠 Patty B.

I was referred to Jennifer in a roundabout way by Zach Leary, which, in and of itself, is an amazing endorsement. I found her to be personable, knowledgeable, comforting, and skilled in guiding me through my journey. I was very nervous about the whole endeavor and she helped me have the confidence and sense of safety to really dig into the experience and my healing. I highly recommend her services.🫠 Jenny B.

I was introduced to Jen during a very difficult time in life. I was healing from a car accident, and I had been struggling with mental health for several years, taking several prescriptions daily. Jen helped me shift out of depending solely on pharmaceuticals, and both my physical and mental health improved drastically. I’m so grateful to be able to work with her and for the changes she’s helped me make in life.🫠 Lucy S.

Resonate Health has been a big part of balancing me out mentally and physically. The guidance they offer has been very high-level. This has become a great new chapter to my life.🫠 Brian D.
